First Avenue Coffee plans grand opening

First Avenue Coffee, which opened over the summer on West First Avenue in downtown Spokane, is throwing its official grand opening celebration Thursday, Sept. 20.

The party runs from 5 to 8 p.m.

The Facebook events page bills the party as “a celebration of coffee, the people behind our coffees, our community, and the mind blowing ideas of our founder. Eat, drink and be merry and maybe buy a coffee of two!
