Average Spokane County home price was $246K during November

Spokane County home prices leveled off during November, while the number of homes sold during the month dipped slightly.

A total of 655 condos and single-family homes on less than 1-acre changed hands during the month, according to the Spokane Association of Realtors.

The average sales price was $264,046 during November, nearly unchanged from October’s $264,224, but up 14 percent compared to $231,531 in November 2017.

The median sales price was $240,000, which was the same price as October and a 14.3 percent increase from $209,975 in November 2017.

Inventory levels remain tight, according to the Realtors association. About 1,050 homes are listed for sale in Spokane County, representing less than two months supply.
