Deaconess medical space to executive offices

Medical office space at Deaconess Hospital is being converted into office space for the hospital’s executives.

The renovation is estimated to be $500,000, according to permits filed with the city.

The interior remodel will take place across the street from the main hospital building at the Deaconess Medical Office Building, 801 W. Fifth Avenue.

Associated Construction Inc. is the project’s general contractor. NAC Architecture designed the renovation, and structural engineering was done by MW Consulting.
