Girls basketball: Central Valley and Medical Lake clinched the Greater Spokane League and Northeast A league respectively last night as postseason teams come into focus.

The Bears remained undefeated on the season with a 69-18 win over Ferris behind 26 points from Lexie Hull.

Jessie Lohman and Jaycee Oliver scored 12 points apiece Tuesday and Medical Lake downed Lakeside 50-37.

Boys basketball: Gonzaga Prep did not fail to dispatch Lewis and Clark en route to being one game away from an undefeated regular season. The Bullpups handled a spirited Tigers team 55-38.

Jacquez Johnson scored 28 points and Medical Lake (8-6 NEA) outlasted visiting Lakeside (8-6) 66-58.
