Pride Schools to hold open house sessions Tuesday and Feb. 15

Pride Schools, a charter school district in Spokane, will hold open house sessions for prospective students and their families Tuesday and Feb. 15.

The open house sessions will provide information on how to register for next school year. Applications are being accepted for Pride Prep, which is the middle school, and Innovation High School.

Pride has an enrollment of nearly 400 students this year in grades 6 to 9. In the fall it will add 10th grade – totaling 100 new students.

“We love bringing in students and families to our schools to see what we’re doing,” Superintendent Brenda McDonald said in a news release.

“With our middle school and high school, we are able to offer another option for students in the area who are looking for something different,” she said.
