A three-hour armed standoff Monday evening led the the arrest of one man.

Deputies responded to a domestic violence call about 6 p.m. Monday at 519 S. Custer Road in Spokane Valley when a man pointed a gun at a neighbor, according to multiple witness reports.

Police blocked off streets around the house while the man barricaded himself in the house for about three hours.

A SWAT team used flash-bang grenades, a tactical robot and K-9s to during the standoff and eventually arrested the man at about 9:20 p.m.
