Northwest Neighborhood Council to hand out free dump passes

Free dump passes are available for residents in the Northwest Neighborhood.

The Northwest Neighborhood Council will hand out 82 passes, first come first served, on Saturday, 9 a.m., at COPS Northwest, 2215 W. Wellesley Ave., Suite D.

The neighborhood is bordered on the north by Highway 291 and Francis Avenue, south by Wellesley Avenue, east by Ash and Belt streets and west along the Spokane River. Bring proof of residency such as a driver’s license or utility bill. Only one pass per residence will be given.
