Former Gonzaga Bulldog guard David Stockton is among 12 players to make the roster for the U.S. team’s upcoming World Cup qualifying games.

Fourteen players were invited to training camp in Houston. Stockton is joined by Xavier Munford, Amile Jefferson, Alex Caruso, Taylor Braun, Trey McKinney Jones, Reggie Hearn, Jonathan Holmes, Kevin Jones, Nick Johnson, Rashawn Thomas and Marcus Thornton.

All 12 players have G League experience, including Stockton, who has played three seasons with the Reno Bighorns. The former Gonzaga Prep standout finished last season with the Utah Jazz.

The U.S. faces Mexico on Thursday and Cuba on Sunday. The Americans are 4-0 under coach Jeff Van Gundy and have secured a spot in the second round of qualifying.
