Hip hop star Rick Ross was unresponsive and “slobbing at the mouth” when Florida officials responded to a distress call at his home early Thursday, records of the police dispatch reveal.

The rapper, who lives in Davie, Fla., was breathing heavily by the time emergency officials arrived at his residence at 3:43 a.m., and police noted he had “boo bood on himself,” according to Davie Police Department records obtained by the New York Daily News.

Police were unable to confirm whether Ross was transported to the hospital, though TMZ reported he was hospitalized, potentially for pneumonia. A source told the gossip website, meanwhile, the medical scare was the result of a heart issue.

A family member of Ross, however, insisted to TMZ that the “John” rapper had not been hospitalized.

A representative for the rapper did not respond to a request for comment.

The 42-year-old Ross, whose real name is William Roberts, has suffered from seizures in the past, which was mentioned in the dispatch report. He experienced a pair of seizures in 2011 within a span of six hours.

Ross revealed in 2016 that he adopted lifestyle changes en route to losing 75 pounds.

“I’m still losing weight, and now I’m starting to build hard muscle in places,” Ross, who once weighed 350 pounds, told Men’s Health at the time, according to People.
