Idaho Central Credit Union will build a $8.6 million building in Coeur d’Alene, according to permits issued by the city.
The building, which will be at 1327 W. Appleway Ave., is the fourth Coeur d’Alene location for the Chubbuck-based credit union, which has 33 locations throughout Treasure Valley, Magic Valley, Eastern Idaho and North Idaho.
The state-sponsored credit union was founded in 1940. It has more than 300,000 members and 900 employees. It held more than $3.5 billion in assets in 2017.
The project’s general contractor is J. Addington General Contractors, of Post Falls. It was designed by LCA Architects, of Boise.
