Prep boys soccer playoffs: Pasco edges Lewis and Clark in shootout in 4A championship

Pasco 2, Lewis and Clark 1 (SO): Francisco Moreno made a pair of saves in the shootout and the second-seeded Bulldogs (17-2) edged the top-seeded Tigers (15-2-1) in the District 8 4A championship at Albi Stadium on Thursday. Both teams have qualified for state. Bailey Rosenau gave LC the lead in the seventh minute, but Nathan Martinez drew Pasco even in the 67th minute.

Kamiakin 1, Rogers 0: The fourth-seeded Braves (7-12) eliminated the fifth-seeded Pirates (5-12-0) in the District 8 3A loser-out at Lampson Stadium. Kamiakin faces top-seeded North Central (7-8-0) in the district second-place game on Saturday at Albi Stadium.
