Franklin Pierce 2, East Valley 1: Gilbert De La Luz and Brayan Valladares-Salvador scored goals and the Cardinals (16-0-2) eliminated the visiting Knights (9-8-2) in a state 2A first-round match.

Zachary Bowsky scored in the 78th minute for East Valley.

Burlington-Edison 2, Pullman 0: Han Hiller stopped five shots and the visiting Tigers (10-8-1) eliminated the Greyhounds (13-3-2) in a state 2A first-round match.

Highland 1, Lakeside 0: After a scoreless regulation and overtime the visiting Scotties (10-8-1) edged the Eagles (16-2-1) 5-4 in penalty kicks in a state 1A first-round match.

Winlock/Toledo 4, Colville 0: The Warhawks eliminated the visiting Indians (11-7-0) in a state 1A first-round match at Winlock HS.
