Regal NorthTown Mall hosting ‘Solo: A Star Wars Story’ opening night fan event

To celebrate the latest addition to the “Star Wars” franchise, Regal theaters across the state, including Regal NorthTown Mall, are hosting “Solo: A Star Wars Story” opening night fan events on Thursday.

Guests will receive a free mini poster, collectible buttons and a $5 combo (a limited edition 44 oz. “Star Wars” cup with a soft drink and 105 oz. popcorn), while supplies last, before seeing the movie, which stars Alden Ehrenreich, Woody Harrelson, Thandie Newton, Emilia Clarke and Donald Glover.

“Solo” follows a young Han Solo (Ehrenreich) and his Wookiee sidekick Chewbacca (Joonas Suotamo) through their many adventures, including their encounter with Lando Calrissian (Glover).
