A body was pulled from the Spokane River on Thursday near the Spokane Waste Water Management facility, prompting a police investigation.
Spokane police responded to a call around 5 p.m. about a body found in the river near the 4000 block of North Aubrey L. White Parkway. Firefighters and the Spokane Medical Examiner were also on the scene.
Cause of death, identity and gender of the individual were not released.
