John Mellencamp announces April 20 show at First Interstate Center for the Arts

Anyone who was disappointed by the lack of Pacific Northwest dates when John Mellencamp announced his “The John Mellencamp Show” tour earlier this year can now get excited, as the singer has announced a new string of concerts, including an April 20 stop at the First Interstate Center for the Arts.

The show will feature some of the rock icon’s classic tunes as well as new material. Mellencamp is set to release a collection of covers called “Other People’s Stuff” in December.

The concert will begin at 8 p.m. and there will be no opening act.

Tickets go on sale to the general public Nov. 9 at 10 a.m. Mellencamp.com and VIP pre-sale tickets are available from Wednesday at 10 a.m. until Thursday at 10 p.m. American Express pre-sale are available from noon Wednesday to 10 p.m. Thursday.
