Women’s basketball: UC Davis beats WSU in Pullman 75-62

Morgan Bertsch scored 34 points and UC Davis beat Washington State 75-62 on Sunday in Pullman.
Borislava Hristova scored 25 points on 8-of-17 shooting and Chanelle Molina added 15 points but the Cougars made only 3 of 17 3-point attempts.
Hristova reached 20 points for the third time this season and moved into the Cougars’ top 10 in career scoring with 1,198.
The Cougars (1-3) shot 39.7 percent to 47.5 percent for the Aggies (1-3).
Tulane 63, Washington 51: Siera Cheatham made four 3-pointers and scored 22 points to lead the Green Wave (2-1) over the Huskies (2-1) in New Orleans.
Amber Melgoza led Washington with 13 points. The Huskies shot only 33 percent and were just 3 of 20 from beyond the arc.
