GREELEY, Colorado – Sarah Sharpe had 12 kills as second-seeded Idaho swept Montana 25-19, 25-20, 25-22 in the quarterfinals of the Big Sky Conference women’s volleyball tournament Thursday.
Alycia Wodke had 20 of the Vandals’ 41 digs, while Haylee Mathis added 31 assists and seven digs.
Idaho (22-9) held the seventh-seeded Grizzlies (10-21) to a .136 hitting percentage, while the Vandals hit .222.
The Vandals finished with 12 blocks, four from Nikki Ball.
Idaho will face sixth-seeded Northern Colorado in the semifinals on Friday at 6:05 p.m.
