Home builders group announces fall festival award winners

The Spokane Home Builders Association has announced winners of new-home construction awards, presented to builders participating in the 14th Annual Fall Festival of Homes.

Builders were honored for achievement in four categories across 10 home-price divisions. Winners in Best Architectural & Interior Design and Best Overall categories are listed below. A complete list of winners – including Best Kitchen, Best Master Suite, Best Landscaping and Best Use of Technology categories – can be found at www.spokanefestivalofhomes.com.

The Fall Festival of Homes, featuring 30 homes from 20 Spokane builders, continues Saturday and Sunday.
