On March 11, several area designers, models and photographers took to a local Goodwill in search of raw materials and design inspiration and to support Goodwill’s #cycleforgood campaign.

The six designers and their teams, which also include hair stylists, makeup artists and accessory designers, have kept things under wraps since then, but on Saturday, all will be revealed at the 11th annual Runway Renegades Fashion Show.

Runway Renegades is a non-competitive fashion event that works to put the spotlight on creatives in the community.

In its 11 years, Runway Renegades has featured more than 50 clothing and accessories designers, dozens of hair stylists, makeup artists and photographers, and hundreds of local models of all sizes, ages and genders.

This year, Brianna Engle, of Babz Boyce Designs, will present “A Walk in the Clouds,” and Gianna Reynolds, of Kuriio, will present “NOOSKOOL 2.0.”

Kaili Hedrich, of Rotten Fleur Atelier, has created a collection called “Fleurs Funéraires et Momento Mori,” and Leslie Holt, of AJs, will present “Retro Rosie MW.”

Lynne Blackwood of Blackwood Art will present her collection “Grunge Revisited,” and Patricia McClain Osbourne, with Patty’sMO Designs, created “Architectural Delight.”

Each designer created complete looks for 10 models.

Proceeds from the fashion show, fundraisers and sponsorships become grants given to artists of any medium in the Pacific Northwest. In exchange for these grants, the artists volunteer with local at-risk students.

Like they did last year, entertainer and philanthropist Nova Kaine (Jason Johnson) and actor/director/business owner Jhon Goodwin will emcee the show.
