Spokane native chosen to lead the Spokane Valley chamber

The Greater Spokane Valley Chamber has hired Lance Beck as its new president and CEO, the organization announced on its Facebook page.

Beck is a Spokane native who worked in marketing and operations for the Spokane Shock and more recently for the Oregon Coast Aquarium as director of marketing.

Beck graduated from Mt. Spokane High School and earned degrees in marketing, business and leadership at Whitworth University. He was chosen from a field of 40 applications and will start working at the chamber in early October.
