The Players and Spectators Event Center in Spokane Valley is planning to add a casino.
JD’s Dragon Inc. filed permits with the city to change the existing floorplan on the west side of the building at 12828 E. Sprague Ave. to accommodate a 5,500-square-foot casino.
The Players and Spectators Event Center is also completing minor renovations in the pool table, darts and dining room area.
The casino addition is valued at more than $153,000. The general contractor for the project is Spokane Valley-based Lexington Commercial Inc. South Henry Studios in Spokane Valley is the architect for the project.
