Prep baseball: Nick Swenson’s four RBIs helps Gonzaga Prep beat Lewis and Clark

Nick Swenson went 4 for 5 with four RBIs and visiting Gonzaga Prep (3-6) beat Lewis and Clark (2-7) 11-4 at Hart Field on Friday in a Greater Spokane League game.

Central Valley 7, University 2: Parker Smith struck out five and walked two in a complete game performance and the Bears (7-2) beat the visiting Titans (5-4).

Shadle Park 5, Mead 3: Ethan Pugh went 2 for 3 with three RBIs and the visiting Highlanders (6-3) beat the Panthers (6-3).

Mt. Spokane 16, Rogers 0: Jeter Schuerman had eight strikeouts and the Wildcats (8-1) beat the Pirates (0-9). Zane Baker went 2 for 3 with three runs for Mt. Spokane.

Ferris 18, North Central 4: Brock Bozett went 2 for 4 with three RBIs and four runs and the visiting Saxons (6-3) beat the Indians (1-8).

Great Northern League

Pullman 5, West Valley 0: Payton Kallaher pitched a complete game shut out and the visiting Greyhounds (3-1) beat the Eagles (2-1). Hyatt Utzman had three hits, including a double, for Pullman.

Pullman 6, West Valley 3: Payton Kallaher had two hits including a home run and the visiting Greyhounds (4-1) beat the Eagles (2-2). Konner Kincaid added three hits for Pullman.

Northeast A

Colville 21, Lakeside (WA) 1: Tayeb Wilson went three innings with six strikeouts and the Indians (5-0) defeated the Eagles (1-2) at Avista Stadium. Wilson went 2 for 3 with two runs. Ben Panabaker had a triple and four RBIs for Colville.

Deer Park 2, Medical Lake 1: Hunter Dryden had 15 strikeouts with no walks in a complete game performance and the Stags (1-2) defeated the visiting Cardinals (1-3).

Northeast 2B

Chewelah 2, Northwest Christian 0: Andrew Sweat had 10 strikeouts in five innings and the visiting Cougars (6-1) beat the Crusaders (2-1) in the first game of a doubleheader. Gunner Kuehl had 14 strikeouts for Northwest Christian.

Chewelah 5, Northwest Christian 3: Jake Jeanerett 2 for 2 with an RBI and the visiting Cougars (7-1) swept the Crusaders (2-2) in the second game of a doubleheader. Jake Gray went 2 for 4 with two doubles for Northwest Christian.

Northeast 1B

Cusick 11, Republic 1: Trevor Shanholtzer went five innings with 10 strikeouts and added three runs on offense and the Panthers (1-4) defeated the visiting Indians (2-1) in the first game of a doubleheader.

Cusick 11, Republic 4: Jed Cupp and Nate Allen combined for 12 strikeouts in seven innings and the Panthers (2-4) beat the visiting Indians (2-2) in the second game of a doubleheader. Cupp added three runs for Republic.

Idaho

Priest River 9, Kellogg 1: Janpzen Lucas struck out 12 batters and Justin Allbee added three hits with three RBIs and the Spartans (1-0) defeated the visiting Wildcats (0-1).
