Somebody Needs You: Variety of home items sought

The goal of Somebody Needs You is to match donors with the specific requests of needy Spokane residents. The list of requests is coordinated by the Volunteers of America in Spokane.

    A 47-year-old disabled, single woman seeks a queen-size bed, small dresser, slow-cooker, toaster, blender, pillows, blanket, bath towels and kitchen towels. Contact Grace Hatch of Frontier Behavioral Health at (509) 838-4651 ext. 287305.

    A family with two special-needs children and one working parent seeks a small table with chairs and a working washer and dryer. These items are needed by Aug. 15. Contact Anne Zaro of Early Head Start in the Home Visiting Program, (509) 279-6903.
