Spokane Teachers Credit Union reached the milestone of more than 200,000 members this year.

The Liberty Lake-based credit union has added 100,000 members since 2011, doubling its customer base in that time.

“While growth is wonderful, I’m most proud that STCU works so hard to build relationships, one member at a time,” Ezra Eckhardt, president and CEO, said in a statement. “We keep the heart of the member in every decision we make.”

Founded in 1934, STCU has 23 locations in Washington and North Idaho and holds more than $3.3 billion in assets.
