Firefighters investigating early morning fire in downtown Spokane

Firefighters responded to a commercial building fire at 2:15 a.m. Saturday in downtown Spokane on South Howard Street.
Firefighters extinguished the fire quickly after spending 30 minutes looking for the source, according to a news release from the Spokane Fire Department.
No one was injured, the news release stated, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
