Audience suggestions fuel Fire Brigade Improv

Throughout the year, Ignite! Community Theatre presents a variety of productions meant to make audiences laugh, cry and think.

The theater, for instance, recently wrapped a Booklight production of David Birney’s “A Christmas Pudding” and will open its production of George Tricker’s “Life Support” on Feb. 8.

But once a month since 2016, the folks at Ignite! take the idea of a scripted show, throw it completely out the window and let the Fire Brigade take over.

The Fire Brigade is an improv comedy troupe comprised of performers of a variety of ages.

All shows are family friendly and come together based on audience suggestions.
