Artisans at the Dahmen Barn is hosting an English Tea Party on the Palouse on Saturday.
Lindsey Joy Smith, known as “The Chipper Chef,” is presenting the event, a culinary class during which guests will get to create petit fours. Also on the menu: blueberry lemon scones, sticky toffee fairy cakes, bacon feta quiche, tea sandwiches, fresh butter and sugared cranberries.
After the class, guests will get to enjoy tea and dine on their culinary creations. Fancy hats, pearls and faux English accents are optional.
The class runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost is $50.
