Two-time Olympic gold medalist John Stockton has confirmed he will be a participant in the discussion “From Hometown Heroes to the World Stage” Tuesday night at the Downtown Spokane Public Library.

Olympians from the Spokane area will reflect on their experiences at the world’s highest level of competition as part of the panel discussion.

Joining Stockton on the panel are Don Kardong, a longtime Spokane resident, as well as Eastern Washington natives Will Brandenburg and Jamie Redman. Joshua Olson has had to decline, citing a family emergency.

The free event will run from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on the library’s third-floor stage.
