Electing a governor fairly

Washington state is controlled by the left side of the state. Primarily King County on voting in our governor, other offices and state laws.

What if the state adopted a new system – passed by a petition or initiative and not by our legislators as they would never do it – an electoral voting system giving each county a number of electoral votes? This would stop the left side from controlling the votes year after year. Nothing wrong with having control over our lifestyle not being controlled by one county or two.

This would radically change things up if allowed and make it a level playing field.
