Blues-rock guitar legend Joe Bonamassa has announced a spring tour, which includes a stop by the First Interstate Center for the Arts on March 19.

Tickets are $69-$199 and go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through TicketsWest.

A press release promises the 2020 tour will feature a mix of “classics, reinventions and fan favorites.”

Bonamassa released his latest album, “Redemption,” in 2018.

In other concert news, Mark O’Connor will bring “An Appalachian Christmas” to the Martin Woldson Theater at the Fox on Dec. 10.

Tickets are $30-$65 and go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through www.foxtheaterspokane.org or (509) 624-1200.

In 2011, O’Connor released “An Appalachian Christmas,” which features both classic Christmas songs and Appalachian-themed songs about things like a beloved hunting dog and passing a fiddle from one generation to the next.

“Growing up in the O’Connor musical household, Christmas time was a wondrous mixture of Christmas carols, fiddling, bluegrass and other traditional American music,” O’Connor wrote on his website. “And that is the spirit of ‘An Appalachian Christmas.’ ”
