Rui Hachimura may not know which NBA team he’ll suit up for next season, but the former Gonzaga star has already made a big professional commitment.
Hachimura announced Wednesday on Twitter that he’s signed an endorsement deal with Nissin, the maker of Cup Noodles.
Hachimura is expected to be a early- to mid-first round pick in Thursday’s NBA draft at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, where he’ll become the first Japanese player drafted by an NBA team.
Japanese tennis players Naomi Osaka and Kei Nishikori are also Nissin brand ambassadors.
