Anytime Fitness plans to open a second gym in Spokane Valley

Anytime Fitness is planning to open a second gym in Spokane Valley.

Vita Grata LLC has filed plans with the city to renovate a more than 5,700-square-foot building into an Anytime Fitness gym at 13004 E. Sprague Ave. near Yoke’s Fresh Market.

The architect for the project is Minnesota-based C.M. Architecture. A project contractor has yet to be determined, according to an application filed with the city.

Minnesota-based Anytime Fitness has more than 4,500 gyms in 40 countries that serve more than 4 million members. The fitness chain has five gyms in the Spokane area and two in Coeur d’Alene.
