Rockwood Clinic to upgrade neuroscience institute

Rockwood Clinic is spending $250,000 to update its MultiCare Neuroscience Institute in north Spokane, according to permits issued by the city.

The work at 605 E. Holland Ave. will affect 3,200 square feet on the building’s second floor.

In 2016, Tacoma-based MultiCare purchased Rockwood Health System for $425 million from Tennessee-based Community Health Systems, one of the nation’s larger for-profit hospital operators.

Work will be done by Associated Construction, of Spokane. The architect is Bernardo|Wills Architects, also of Spokane.
