Eastern Washington forwards Jesse Hunt and Mason Peatling were named to the All-Big Sky Conference second-team Tuesday.

EWU guard Jacob Davison, a sophomore who has missed nine games this season due to injury, was named to the third-team.

Hunt averaged 14.6 points, 8.9 rebounds and 3.3 assists during the regular season for EWU, the No. 3 seed in this week’s Big Sky Conference Tournament in Boise.

Hunt, a senior, also had a Big Sky-best 12 double-doubles this season.

The Eagles (14-17) face the winner of No. 6 seed Montana State and No. 11 seed Idaho on Thursday in the Big Sky quarterfinals.

Peatling, a junior who missed nonconference play due to injury, averaged 15 points and 7 rebounds.

Davison averaged 21 points before going down last month with a high ankle sprain. There’s a chance he could return this week, according to head coach Shantay Legans.

Northern Colorado guard Jordan Davis was named Most Valuable Player and his coach, Jeff Linder, was named Coach of the Year.
