Garfield Road Business Center planned in Airway Heights

Legacy Interests LLC is planning to construct a multitenant building in Airway Heights.

Garfield Road Business Center will be a 36,000-square-foot steel building with space for three tenants at 1149 S. Garfield Road, according to plans filed with the city.

Construction is expected to begin in May and completed by January 2020.

Legacy Interests LLC purchased the more-than-3-acre site for $175,000 in February.
