MOSCOW, Idaho – Idaho men’s basketball signed a pair of junior college players, the school announced Thursday.

Ja’Vary Christmas, a 6-foot-4 guard from Sheridan (Wyoming) College, and Keyshaad Dixon, a 6-1 point guard from Ranger (Texas) College, join Bruce Simmons and former Oregon State center Jack Wilson as new additions for coach Don Verlin.

Christmas averaged 12.1 points per game as a sophomore last season, leading the Generals to the NJCAA National Tournament.

Dixon scored 6.6 points during his two seasons at Ranger, where he was coached by former Kentucky, Texas A&M and Texas Tech coach Billy Gillispie.
