Global Credit Union building new Spokane Valley branch

Global Credit Union is planning to further expand its footprint with a new branch in Spokane Valley.

The Spokane-based credit union filed preliminary plans with the city to build a 2,500-square-foot branch at 12219 E. Fourth Ave.

The branch will also include a 2,500-square-foot “attached shell” and a drive through, according to an application filed with the city.

Spokane-based Wolfe Architectural Group is designing the project.

Global Credit Union, founded in 1954, has six branches in the region. It also has two branches in Post Falls and Coeur d’Alene.
