Car-motorcycle crash on North Hill leaves one person with life-threatening injuries

A Wednesday afternoon crash involving a car and a motorcycle left one person with life-threatening injuries.

The crash occurred around 1:30 p.m. atthe intersection of North Wall Street and West Central Avenue

The injured person was transported to the hospital, where he was in stable condition as of 3:30 p.m.

The nature of the injures led police to make department chaplains available to speak with witnesses, according to a Spokane Police Department statement.

The area was shut down to traffic as of 3:30 p.m., while Spokane Police Department Major Crimes Unit investigated.
