Downed feeder line briefly knocks out power for several thousand homes in Spokane Valley

A downed feeder line knocked out power for several thousand homes in Spokane Valley Saturday morning, according to Vera Water and Power.

Vera reported the outage on social media at 8:15 a.m. and said power was restored at 9:20 a.m. The outage affected the Sullivan Substation, Vera said.
