Give back our bus routes

STA recently changed many of the bus routes. What they didn’t tell us was they they were going to cut services.

Without any notice STA re-activated a very important and much needed stop on 8th Avenue between Bernard and Washington streets. It’s the only level stop on 8th Avenue. With winter and snow and ice coming, it would be very difficult for many of us to walk up hill or down hill to the next stops.

STA obviously has no compassion for their riders who, by the way, voted to give them more money so that they can cut services. Next time many of use will vote no!

So, if STA is reading this, give us our stop back on Eighth Avenue between Bernard and Washington streets. If you can accommodate the two casinos with their own bus stops, they can certainly give us ours back.
