The class will be led by Anna Kestell, food preservation/safety education coordinator at the WSU Spokane County Extension. The class will focus on how to dehydrate fruits, vegetables and herbs when they are in season so they can be used year-round.
The class is free but reservations are required due to limited space. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to make a reservation.
