Elected officials in San Francisco passed a resolution Tuesday declaring the National Rifle Association a domestic terrorist organization, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. The resolution passed unanimously.
Officials cited ongoing gun violence and mass shooting in the United States. The board of supervisors urged the city and county from doing business with the NRA, the Chronicle reported, and urged other cities and states to do the same.
