The 1916 building, which operated as a steam plant until 1986, has been a restaurant since 1999. Last year, it reopened after renovations, and it’s really cool. Drafts and wine are $1 off, and well drinks are $2 off in the basement bar, where the comfort food Happy Hour menu includes Nacho Mama’s Nachos, chicken wings, fried ravioli and individual pizzas.
