Saints Volleyball Team Moves Focus To Spring Start

Jeremy Schnell SWX
The Carroll College volleyball season has been put on hold and pushed to the spring. Head coach Maureen Boyle is excited for her team to continue to work hard but also disappointed that they have to play the waiting game. “I know that getting back to school and getting especially getting those new kids to get to know the school and all that is nice but at the same time we are used to jumping right in basically 17 mandatory friends and you go and so I have come to the realization that it is a good thing and it is the right thing for now,” Boyle said. Tough decisions will also need to be made as Maddie Quick will have to choose between starting her career after graduating, or staying an extra semester to play volleyball. Quick was planning on staying a fifth year before the postponement of the season.
