From staff reports

The catwalk was a more appropriate place for a pooch on Sunday afternoon at the Spokane Convention Center.

The final event of the two-day Spokane Great Outdoors & Bike Expo was a dog fashion show, the second time the event has been held. Entrants vied for multiple prizes, including best in show, best outdoor gear, best tricks and most enthusiastic pet owner.

The event was first held in 2019, and was inspired by Out There magazine’s dog photo contest held each spring.
