Lush Cosmetics opening Wednesday at River Park Square

Lush Cosmetics is bringing its brand of handmade cosmetics and body-care products to River Park Square next week.

The Bristish-based retailer announced a Wednesday opening date for its store at 885 W. Main Ave., adjacent to Free People.

The store, which is the retailer’s first in Eastern Washington, will be open 10 a.m.-8 p.m.

Lush Cosmetics opened its first North American store in Vancouver, B.C., in 1996 and has since expanded to more than 250 stores in North America. The retailer has six stores in Washington state, in addition to its Spokane location.
