Way to go, Spokane

I recently needed to go to Spokane from my home in Sandpoint for some car maintenance. I have not been out of Sandpoint since March and let me tell you how impressed I was with your city.

Every business I went to the employees were wearing masks. There was also hand sanitizer and gloves available. This made me feel safe. Even when one grocery store was staggering entry and they apologized, I felt like they were doing the right thing; and it was only a few minutes. It made me feel better about spending the time I needed to in that establishment.

I understand that your governor has ordered this, but if you can do this, certainly as your neighbor, Idaho can join you to keep the most people safe. We want people from Washington to visit our fair city, and thank you for taking the safest precautions.
