An 18 year-old man who was not wearing a seatbelt was ejected from his vehicle and killed after the car he was driving rolled over on State Route 23 early Saturday morning.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene around 1:30 a.m. July 11 in Whitman County, two miles from St. John, according to a Washington State Patrol report.
No drugs or alcohol appeared to be involved in the one-vehicle accident, the report said, but officers are still investigating the cause.
