In an effort to help first responders and health care workers who are on the frontlines with COVID-19, Starbucks is offering free brewed coffee – hot or iced – from now until May 3, according to a Starbucks press release. The person only need identify themselves as such to receive the free coffee.

“Over the last few weeks, partners have found ways to support those who are keeping our communities safe – particularly responders on the front line of the COVID-19 outbreak,” the press release read.

On March 20, Starbucks made the decision to close access to all of its cafes, and is available by drive-thru only.

The Starbucks Foundation will also donate $500,000 to support “front-line responders.”
