Puget Sound district has bipartisan members
UPDATED: Tue., Nov. 24, 2020
Washington’s 26th Legislative District, which includes parts of Pierce and Kitsap counties, will have a Democrat in the Senate and two Republicans in the House next year. It was incorrectly labelled on a map on page A6 of Tuesday’s newspaper about the partisan breakdown in 2021 of Washington’s legislative districts as a result of a reporter’s error. Also, the district will be one of four legislative districts statewide that be represented by legislators from two parties next year. The incorrect number was listed in the accompanying article that ran on the front page.
